The All Saints Supportive Housing Development is the fourth supportive housing development of Jersey City Episcopal Community Development Corporation and is located at 155-157 Bergen Avenue in Jersey City. This permanent supportive rental housing community is designed for individuals with special needs. It includes eight apartments, a social service office, a community room, front porch, rear yard patio and 4 parking spaces for single individuals to live in an independent living environment that is supplemented with services from the Jersey City Episcopal CDC case management team. Each unit includes 700 square feet of living space with one 11x14 bedroom, 1 full bath, kitchen, living room, dining area, washer/dryer and central heating and ventilation. All units have hardwood floors and ceramic tiling. The building is environmentally friendly and designed in accordance with the NJ Green Homes Program. It includes an elevator and all units are handicap accessible. All units will be fully furnished for occupancy in September 2008.
